Country Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, diced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 yellow squash, chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large skillet, pour 2 tablespoons leftover bacon drippings or cooking oil.
    Turn heat up to high.
    Dump in all of the ingredients; salt and pepper to taste.
    Once everything starts frying well, turn heat to medium or medium-low.
    Cover with lid and let cook 25 to 30 minutes.
    Must be stirred, flipped or turned frequently.
