Salami Triangles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. milk or less (if needed)
    1/2 lb. thinly sliced salami (10 slices, large lunch meat size)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except salami; spread mixture on 4 slices of salami.
    Stack these.
    Top with unspread slice.
    You end up with 2 stacks of 5 slices each.
    Repeat.
    Wrap each stack in wax paper.
    Refrigerate.
    Cut each into 6 wedges.
    Top with pickled onion with toothpick.
