Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 qt. tomato juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. taco seasoning
    1 1/2 tsp. Chi Chi's picante sauce *
    3 c. water
    3 c. Minute rice
    2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain and rinse with water. While beef is cooking, follow directions on box for rice.
    After rice is done, put rice, beef, tomato juice, salt, pepper and picante sauce in a large pan and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 people.
