Creamy Scalloped Potatoes With Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes
4 slices ham
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
4 to 6 slices American cheese
Preparation

Pare and thinly slice potatoes.
Toss slices in 1 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar.
Drain.
In crock-pot, put in a slice of ham.
Arrange a layer of potatoes, onion rings, salt, pepper, flour and cheese.
Add next layer same as the first until gone. Sprinkle with remaining flour.
Add butter and undiluted soup. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
Add somemore cheese, if you like, about 30 minutes before serving.
Cheez Whiz is also a good cheese to use with this.
