Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Bring sauce to boil over low heat.
    Mix well.
    Pour over 6 large (1 to 1 1/2-inch thick) pork chops and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake uncovered at 300\u00b0 until meat is tender.
