Beef Barley Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    6 c. water
    6 beef bouillon cubes
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    3/4 c. barley
    1 large onion (chopped)
    1 1/4 c. celery (chopped)
    2 carrots (cut into bite size pieces)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Season to taste with salt, pepper and parsley.
    Bring to a boil, then add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    If too thick, add bouillon or plain water.
