Pork Chop Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 medium potatoes, sliced thin
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pare and slice the potatoes.
    Put in a casserole dish.
    Lightly salt and pepper the potatoes.
    In a mixing bowl, mix Lipton onion soup mix with milk.
    Fry pork chops in 1/4 cup oil on both sides until browned.
    Drain chops on paper towel and arrange them on top of potatoes.
    Pour soup mixture on top of pork chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
