Mango Sherbet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mango puree
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
Preparation

Combine puree, 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice and 1/2 cup water. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Pour into a container and freeze to a mushy consistency.
