Pork Chops With Glazed Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 boneless pork chops (1/4-inch thick)
    dash of sage (optional)
    2 large Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oil over medium heat.
    Add pork chops; sprinkle with sage. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Remove from skillet.
    Keep warm.
    Add apples, sugar and cinnamon.
    Cook 5 minutes over low heat.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve over chops.
    Makes 4 servings.
