Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 pkg. or more crescent rolls
1 c. loose hash browns
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
5 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. milk
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Spread crescent rolls into round pizza pan, overlapping edges and press down to seal, this forming the crust.
Cook sausage scrambled and drain.
Pour over crust.
Sprinkle with hash browns. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Beat well and pour over hash browns.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
