Chicken Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 c. tomatoes (canned)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 can mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Broil fryer 10 minutes on each side, after sprinkling salt and paprika on it.
    In electric skillet, combine tomatoes and all other ingredients together.
    Bring to a boil; add chicken pieces. Cover and simmer 40 minutes over low heat.
    Serve with rice or noodles and a salad.
