Carrot Pudding * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 carrots
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cook and mash carrots; add all the other ingredients.
    Put in greased 8 or 9-inch square baking pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Can be doubled.
