Mom'S Apricot Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can apricots
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Pour apricots (juice and all) in an oblong Pyrex dish. Sweeten to taste.
    Sprinkle with tapioca. Dot with butter and let set 30 minutes.
