Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns (Food Club; Southern)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 (8 oz.) containers sour cream
    2 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. minced onion or finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl and place in a 13 x 9 Pyrex pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 in oven for 1 hour.
