Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 1/4 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. sifted cake flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sliced apples
    3 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat 10 minutes: egg, sugar, oil, juice and vanilla.
    Sift in dry ingredients.
    Fold in nuts.
    Coat apples with sugar and cinnamon.
    Fold into batter.
    Bake in Bundt or tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
