Upside-Down Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 box Pillsbury yellow cake mix with pudding
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. melted butter or oleo (I use one stick of each)
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix first 7 ingredients.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture.
    Drizzle melted butter over the mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
    Freezes well.
