Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. uncooked corn from the ear
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. minced green pepper or chopped olives (optional)
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Arrange in two layers in a greased baking dish the corn mixed with the eggs, salt and onion.
Cover with cracker crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Pour over with milk.
Bake in moderate oven at 325\u00b0 for about 1/2 hour.
Serves 4.
