No-Fat Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 ripe bananas
3 egg whites
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 fresh apple, diced, or 1 can apple pie filling
Preparation

Mix bananas and egg whites in a large bowl.
Stir in flour, sugar and baking soda.
Add the apple and put into a greased (Pam sprayed) loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Remove from pan to rack; let cool.
