Sourdough Bread Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix 3/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons instant potatoes and 1 cup warm water; then add 1 package yeast.
    Put in jar with lid on. Refrigerate 3 to 5 days.
    Take out and feed the following:
    3/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons instant potatoes and 1 cup warm water. Mix well; add to starter, let stand out of refrigerator 8 to 12 hours.
    Take out 1 cup to make bread and return mixture to refrigerator.
    Keep in refrigerator 3 to 5 days and feed again.
