Sour Cream Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. molasses
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. bran cereal
Preparation

Cream oleo; gradually add sugar, beating well.
Add eggs, sour cream and molasses.
Mix well.
Stir in raisins.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
Add to mixture.
Add bran, stirring just until moist.
Spoon into baking cups or greased muffin tins.
Fill 3/4 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
