Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. stew meat (beef or pork)
    1 medium green pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    14 oz. catsup
    12 to 14 oz. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Bring stew to boil, using 2 cups water.
    Simmer for 4 hours. Mix 1 cup meat broth with remaining ingredients; boil 20 minutes. Pour over cooked meat that has been shredded.
    Simmer for 1 hour; let stand 2 hours to bring out the flavor.
    (Add water as needed in the 4 hour cooking time.)
    Serve on buns.
