Elaine'S Cornbread And Corn Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 (No. 303) can whole kernel corn
    1 (No. 303) can creamed corn
    1 c. sour cream (nonfat may be used)
    2 eggs or Egg Beaters may be used
    1/2 stick margarine (light may be used), melted
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese, in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    After 30 minutes put cheese on top and bake for remaining 10 minutes.
    Great for a potluck when you can't think of anything to bring.
    Can be served hot or cold.
    Best hot, though.
    You can spray Pam in pan if you want.
    Makes easier to get out of the pan.
