Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo
    1 (17 oz.) pkg. coconut
Preparation
    Add all ingredients into a blender.
    Blend at high speed for 1/2 minute. Remove and add coconut.
    Pour mixture into 2 well-buttered and floured glass Pyrex pie plates (9-inches).
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Let stand for 1 hour or longer.
