Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can shoe peg corn, drained
    1 can french cut green beans, drained
    1 - 8 ounce carton sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped green onion
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick oleo - melted
Preparation
    Mix corn, green beans, sour cream, soup, cheese, onions, and pepper in casserole dish.
    Mix crackers and oleo and put on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 10-12 people.
