Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. sliced yellow apples
    1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Pour into a greased Bundt pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
