Shoe Peg Corn Casserole(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 stick oleo
    1 stack crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix the first 8 ingredients.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Melt oleo; mix with crackers.
    Spread on top of first mixture.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
