Mom'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    In large bowl, mix sugar and spices except nutmeg.
    Add pumpkin, milk, eggs to sugar and spice mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Sprinkle nutmeg over top and bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake until firm, about 30 to 40 minutes.
