Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked and drained
    16 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or Velveeta
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    Lawry's salt to taste
    1 tsp. (approximate) mild white horseradish or dried mustard
    croutons
Preparation
    Grease a large glass pan; layer bottom with croutons.
    Top with crumbled sausage and cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk and seasonings; pour over croutons, sausage and cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
