Peek-A-Boo Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
    1 can pie filling (cherry or blueberry)
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition.
    Add vanilla, baking powder and flour.
    Mix well.
    Spread 2/3 batter in 10 x 15 x 1-inch jelly roll pan, which is greased and floured.
    Spread entire can of fruit filling over batter.
    Drop by tablespoons the remaining batter.
    Some filling will show between spoonfuls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool.
    Dust with powdered sugar after cool.
