Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lean pork chops
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, line with heavy-duty foil, leaving enough foil in center to seal.
    Place pork chops in bottom of pan. Pour cream of mushroom soup over the pork chops; sprinkle with salt and pepper and pour water over soup.
    Cut margarine into small pieces and place on top of the soup.
    Sprinkle with cheese and seal.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
