Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
3 Tbsp. oil
1 1/8 c. milk
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Can be baked in an iron skillet.
Place 1 tablespoon of oil in skillet and heat. Then pour in corn bread mixture.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
