Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can French-style beans, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. butter used for sauteing
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. crushed crackers
    1/2 c. oleo
Preparation
    Saute for 3 minutes in 3 tablespoons butter, onion, celery and green peppers.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Put in casserole dish and cover with crushed crackers that have been mixed with the 1/2 cup oleo.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
