Texas Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper
    3 (15 1/2 oz.) cans red beans
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Brown beef, onions, pepper and garlic.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in rest of ingredients, simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
