Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. or 3 cans cooked squash
    1 bag onions
    1 small jar pimento
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small pkg. herbed stuffing mix
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grease casserole.
    Cook squash and onions together.
    Add butter.
    Mix in pimento, soup, sour cream and stuffing mix, reserving enough stuffing mix to garnish top.
