Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
2 c. hot water
6 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Combine rice, seasoning packet from rice mix and hot water; place in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; set aside. Sprinkle pork chops with pepper and place over rice mixture. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Uncover.
Combine soup and milk and pour over casserole.
Bake 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
