Molded Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 green pepper, chopped
1 carrot or 1 c., shredded
1 cucumber, chunked
1 small onion, cut fine
1 c. cottage cheese, mashed
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. coffee cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Dissolve salt and sugar with jello and boiling water.
Stir cream and mayo into cooled jello.
Add mashed cottage cheese and all other ingredients.
May add pimento or small amount of red pepper for color.
If doubling recipe, use less mayonnaise.
