Bachelor'S Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. stew meat
    3/4 c. flour
    1 pkg. onion soup mix (dry)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Season stew meat as desired.
    Put meat in a bag with flour and shake until well coated.
    Brown meat in oil; drain excess.
    Add mushroom soup and package of dry mix plus 1 soup can of water. Simmer on low to medium heat, about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Great over wide egg noodles or rice.
