Salmon Loaf Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salmon
    3 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. finely minced parsley
Preparation
    Clean and flake salmon.
    Add well beaten egg yolks and remaining ingredients in order (except egg whites).
    Mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold egg whites gently into salmon mixture.
