Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can small peas, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can French green beans, drained
    1 c. green pepper, diced
    1 c. red onions, diced fine
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
    This is good.
