Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 c. broth (from chicken)
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3/4 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Mix all these ingredients and put in a casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Top with 1 package Ritz crackers browned in 1/2 stick margarine.
