Barbecued Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Add 1/2 can tomato sauce and mix well.
    Mix 1 1/2 cans remaining tomato sauce with water, vinegar, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Shape meat mixture into loaf and place on rack in roasting pan. Spoon some sauce over top and place in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done, basting often.
    Yields 8 servings.
