Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 slices bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
Preparation
    Combine first six ingredients.
    Add meats and mix.
    Shape into 1 inch balls. (Can be frozen at this point.)
    Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes (or longer if frozen).
