Healthy Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 c. 1% milk
    10 pkg. Equal or to taste
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Egg Beaters (equivalent to 4 eggs)
    6 medium bananas
    1 box Nilla brand vanilla wafers
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Add milk, eggs, vanilla and flour in blender.
    Mix until well blended.
    Pour into 2-quart double boiler.
    Do not add Equal at this time (it is important that you let it cool as Equal breaks down in heat).
    Slice bananas.
    Put alternate layers of vanilla wafers and bananas in large serving dish.
