2 c. skim milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla; stir in milk.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
