Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. shrimp
2 celery stalks, cut in 3-inch sections
    2 onions, quartered
    2 lemons, quartered
    Old Bay seafood seasoning
Preparation
    Wash
    shrimp
    in cold, running water.
Place in a large pot. Add

2 stalks celery, onions and lemons for every 3 to
    4 pounds
of shrimp; do not add any water.
Use only what hangs onto the shrimp when you wash them.
