Chow Mein Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 small red pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    3/4 c. salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add red bell pepper, garlic and mushrooms. Saut until tender. Stir in green onions and next 5 ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 7 x 11-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 6 servings.
