Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    sliced apples
    1 stick butter
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
    Beat 1 egg hard and pour over dry ingredients.
    Mix to make crumbly.
    Sprinkle over sliced apples in 9 x 11-inch pan.
    Melt butter and pour over apple and crumb mixture.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
