Idiot-Proof Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up
2 c. uncooked rice (long grain)
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. minced onions
Preparation

Combine soups, rice, onions and water.
Dump into rectangular casserole.
Arrange chicken pieces on top of rice.
Sprinkle dry soup on top.
Season with salt and pepper or Tony Chachere seasoning or Morton Nature's Seasons.
Cover with foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
Uncover and brown chicken pieces.
