Easy Beef Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 to 4 lb. beef roast (chuck, round or rump)
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix or 1 thinly sliced onion
Preparation

Put roast into crock-pot sprinkle with salt and pepper and onion soup mix (or sliced onion).
Do not add water.
Cover pot, set on low for 3 to 4 hours or until roast is well done and tender.
Meat juices can be used for gravy.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
