Cherry Pie Filling Cake - cooking recipe

1 pkg. Swiss chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 can cherry pie filling
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. marshmallow cream
Preparation

In small saucepan, combine sugar, butter and milk.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly and cool.
Stir in chocolate bits and marshmallow cream.
Beat until thickened and smooth.
Spread on cake.
